The 7 sessions are based on success principles and an easy to use coaching model that you can use to create lasting transformation in your life.

You will be introduced to the latest information based on neuroscience, NLP, life coaching techniques that you will be able to use on yourself after the sessions and continue to create lasting change.

By the end of the program you will have a clarity of purpose, have a renewed passion and energy and focus on what is really important to you and your life goals.

Deanna will share with you a simple coaching model that she has designed to create success for her clients.

Let go of limiting beliefs and stories that are holding you back from your full potential.
Dive deep to ensure that you identify beliefs that you may be holding onto within your subconscious and limiting your ability to create lasting transformation.

WEEK 2: Choose your dialogue

Learn how the words that you use both internally and externally massively impact your outcomes and how to change to a more empowered way of communicating so that you align with what you want to achieve. Explore how you are instructing your subconscious by your inner chatter and the power of words.

Your emotional state and how you manage your emotions impact powerfully on your outcomes. Learn how to create and maintain powerful states so that you can have more of want you want and less of what you don’t want. Our emotions are messengers, but we do not always listen to the message and can get trapped inside emotional states that do not serve us. Learn how to recognise these states and transform them once and for all.

Choose your strategy

Your daily routines, rituals and behaviours create your life. If these are not aligned and moving you towards your desired outcomes then you will continue to not meet your goals or maintain them. Learn how to interrupt these patterns long enough to create new ones that are aligned to your goals and desires.

You will be encouraged throughout these sessions to get clarity around your purpose and passion and to identify your highest intention for your future and then explore and discover the map of how to get there by looking at the above areas that impact on lasting change and transformation.

By the end of the program you will have identified any self-sabotaging behaviours and learned powerful techniques for change. You will also have a plan to continue to put into action to lead you towards your NEW future.

what is involved in the coaching session?

This is a one to one session with Deanna and will be tailored for you and the changes that you want to create in your life.

You will be asked to come to the session with a measurable, achievable outcome. The session is 50 minutes to allow time between sessions.

You can work on the following:

  • Changing a limiting belief system and instilling a more powerful one that aligns with what you intend to create for your future.
  • Changing a disempowering behaviour or habit that no longer serves you.
  • Releasing past experiences so that you can create a different future.
  • Aligning powerfully with your new intentions and goals.
  • Exploring new perspectives and opportunities in a chosen area.

Life coaching is a facilitated process, where the coach assists you to explore opportunities and to powerfully align with your chosen course of action.

We can often get stuck, overwhelmed or stressed and cannot see past our present or past experiences, life coaching can assist you to identify and overcome these blocks.

You will leave the session with a course of action or new commitment that aligns with your intention for your future and your intended outcomes.

who is deanna c ward?

Master of Professional Communications, Master of Neuro Linguistic Programming & Emotional Intelligence Coach, Certificate IV in Life Coaching, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training Design and Development, personality profiler using Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Deanna specialises in using emotional intelligence, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), life coaching and personality profiling (MBTI) to effect positive, lasting change.  She is passionate about personal as well as professional development, having spent the past 15 years coaching and training within the academic and corporate sectors.

She has a background in leadership and business, running the leadership program at Edith Cowan University as well as lecturing and tutoring, setting up and running her own businesses including management and consultancy of Registered Training Organisations and now What Women Want Coaching, dedicated to assisting women to wake up to and realise their true potential, passion and purpose.

Deanna has run leadership and business programs across academic and as well as corporate settings, working with individuals, small teams and organisations to effect positive personal and organisational change. 

She is passionate about high quality training and coaching with impact and has recently been training new trainers to join the training profession and working with existing fellow training professionals to keep their training credentials current.

How much is this PROGRAM?

$25.00 per session. Paid in advance of each session.

Program: $150.00. Paid in advance for all 7 sessions.

You will be sent the session link once payment has been received.

How can I get the most from this experience?

Deanna will be at the venue on both days. Maureen, our wonderful event coordinator will be available at all times during both days to ensure that you get the most of the experience. At the end of each day you will have full privacy of the retreat and can come and go as you please and enjoy the beautiful setting, take a dip in the pool, walk on the nearby beach or laze under a tree and reflect on the day’s events in your journal provided.

Why can’t I just press a BUTTON to BOOK and not talk to a human being?

When you call there will be no hard sales. In fact I don’t even like the words sales. I would rather you be excited and eager to know how to book, not to be convinced to book. I know that if you have got to the end of this page and you have got this far then you are definitely attracted to what you have read so far, something has already aligned for you. I would love to discuss this more with you and your goals and know more about you, because then I will be able to ensure that the workshops and sessions are aligned for everyone who attends the retreat. I am also really keen to know more about you, what attracts you to this retreat and your aspirations before I meet you in person on the first day.

Cancellation Policy

You are required to pay in full to secure your place. If you decide to cancel more than 14 days before the event you will get a 50% refund. Inside of 14 days there will be no refund. However, if your place is filled by a late booking then you will receive a full refund.

If COVID-19 prevents the event going ahead as planned you will receive a full refund or you may choose to transfer to a later date or join us for an online event at a lower price.
